Welcome to GLOVIA. We want you to be delighted with every purchase you make from us. If something isn’t quite right, our simple 28‑day returns policy is here to help.

1. Returns Window

You have 28 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unopened.
  • Be in its original, undamaged packaging (including any seals, shrink‑wrap, tags or protective films intact).
  • Include all accessories, manuals, freebies or promotional items that came with it.

Tip: We recommend using a trackable service.

3. How to Start a Return

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
  • Our team will reply within one business day with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions.
  • Pack the item securely, include a copy of your invoice, and write the RA number on the outside of the parcel.
  • Send your parcel to the address below.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery fees are non‑refundable.
  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: We will reimburse reasonable return postage or send you a pre‑paid label.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a further 3–5 days for the funds to appear.

6. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

7. Your Statutory Rights

This policy applies in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other relevant UK legislation.
